Add frequently used filters to Messenger

I. Intro

You can add frequently used filters to the top of Messenger on the mobile app. This helps you find messages you regularly need to check.

II. Steps

In Messenger on the mobile app, swipe right from the left edge of your screen to open Filter. Then tap the Edit filter icon in the upper-right corner.

Tap the + icon under Frequently-used filter to add new filters.

Tap the x icon next to a filter to remove it.

Tap Save in the upper-right corner for your filters to take effect.

What is the maximum number of frequently used filters that can be displayed on the Lark mobile app?

Up to three filters can be displayed, including the Chats filter.

Can I remove all frequently used filters from the top of the screen?

It is not possible to turn off the frequently used filter feature. If you no longer need to display the frequently used filter, in the Lark mobile app, swipe right on the Chats page to expand the filter list, then tap the icon on the right side of Filter to open the Edit filter page. Remove the filters under the frequently-used filter. Note that the Chats filter cannot be removed.
