I. Intro
You can create a poll in a group chat. This lets you gather opinions or preferences from group members in a structured and organized way.
Note: You cannot create a poll in supergroups or topic groups.
II. Steps
Create a poll
In a group chat, click the ⊕ More icon on the right side of the message input field, and then select Poll.

By default, group members are allowed to select a single choice when voting. Their names will also be visible after voting is concluded. However, you can turn on Multiple answers and Anonymous if you want to adjust these settings.
Note: You can add up to 50 options for group members to vote on. After members vote in the poll, they cannot withdraw, change options, or cancel their selection, nor can they participate in the poll again.

Check the results and end the poll
After you initiate a poll, a poll message card will appear in the group. When members participate in the poll, both the initiator and the participants can view the numbers of participants and the results in real time.

At the same time, as the poll initiator, you'll receive a message card sent by Lark's Poll Assistant, where you can also view the number of voters and the results in real time.

- After the poll closes, the results will be visible for all group members to see. If you did not turn on Anonymous, then member's names will appear under the options they voted for.
