First, make sure that all members you want to invite have a Lark account. Next, add these people as external contacts, and then create a group chat with them.

If your organization's administrator has already added your colleague as a member of the department in the Lark Admin Console, they'll be automatically added to the department group.
How do I add someone outside the organization to a group?
If you have added a person from outside your organization to your contacts, you can create a group that includes them. However, you cannot add them to internal groups that consist only of organization members. When creating a group that includes external contacts, make sure to add them during the group creation process. This will designate the group as an external group.
