Lark Docs is a great tool for streamlining and presenting event details. You can use functions such as forms, maps, polls, embedded media, and links to make the organizing process easy and fun.

1. Event details
Use Docs to capture event details, including location, date, time, number of attendees, departure point, transportation options, cost, and organizer.

2. Use a registration form
This table serves as a registration form for collecting attendees' information. It includes columns for the attendee's name, gender, and any additional notes. Extra columns can also be customized to capture additional details.

II. Where to?
Using Docs allows for a concise assembly of key logistical information such as location, time, number of people, departure point, mode of transportation, and organizer. Maps, polls, and other interactive modules can also be embedded within the document to create a more informative and intuitive travel resource.
1. Inserting a map
When inserting a map link within the document, a complete map will automatically appear. The map will not only pinpoint the destination, but also offers important information about the specific location and its surroundings.
| Click the + sign and select Embeds. Select Google Maps to insert the address.

2. Add media to the event page
Images, videos, and web pages can be added to offer more visual event information.
- Click the + button on the left and select Video or file. Then select images or select File and upload a video.

3. Conduct a poll
Polls can be used to effectively measure team preferences through a straightforward voting system.
- Click the + button and select Collaboration > Poll.
- Select Single choice poll or Multiple choice poll for the voting.
- Click the + button to add more plans. Anyone with document editing permission can add voting options.

4. Embed your group card into the document
Group cards can be placed directly into the document. Attendees will then be able to click the group card to join the group and stay informed about the upcoming event.
