View task list activities and configure push notification rules

I. Intro​

Version requirement: Lark version 7.17 or above.​

​

You can view task list activities to keep track of your task progress. You can also subscribe to task list activities and send push notifications to group chats to ensure everyone stays up-to-date.​

II. Steps​

View task list activities​

1. In the Lark desktop app, click Tasks in the left navigation bar.​

2. Click a task list to open it.​

3. Click Activities under the list name to view all activities.​

Configure push rules for task list activities​

If you have editing or managing permissions for a list, you can configure push rules for activity notifications. ​

1. Click Tasks in the navigation of the Lark desktop app. ​

2. Open any task list and click the Activities tab. ​

3. Click Subscribe to Activities, then add and edit the subscription rules in the pop-up window, including Rule name, Activity type, and Push to.​

• Note: The Subscribe to Activities button will not be visible to users who only have viewing permissions.​

• If there are no existing push rules for the task list, a pop-up window will appear for adding a new rule. From here, set the Rule name, Activity type, and Push to, then click Save. ​

• If there are existing push rules, they will be displayed. From here, you can click Edit or Delete to make changes to the existing rules. To add another rule, click Add Rule.​

When selecting the activity type, you can hover over the Preview button to preview the push card.​

Once you've configured the push rule, group chats will receive a push notification when changes are made to the task list.​
