II. Steps
Share a task on the Tasks page
- Click Tasks in the Lark navigation bar to open Lark Tasks. Right-click the task you want to share, and select Share Task.

You can also click the target task to open its details page, then click the Share icon in the upper-right corner.

- Search and select the chat you want to share the task to and click Send.

Alternatively, you can click Task Link > Copy to copy the task link and share it with others.

- After sharing, members within the chat will see the task card and can choose to Subscribe or View Details.

Share a task in a chat's task list
To share a task in a chat's task list:
- Click the ··· icon in the upper-right corner of a chat and select Tasks. Tasks previously shared to the chat will be listed on the right-hand side.
- Select the target task and click the Share icon.

- Search and select the chat you want to share the task to and click Send. You can also click Task Link > Copy to copy the task link and share it with others.

If there are no previously shared tasks in the chat, you can click Open Tasks in the upper-right corner to find and share tasks there.
