The approvers can manually enter the approval comments or set up quick text for efficiency.
II. Steps
Enter a review comment in an approval
The Comments window may pop up once the approver clicks the action buttons in the Approval app, such as Agree, Reject, Add approver, Transfer, and others.
Enter your comment and click the action buttons again to finish your action.
Note: The comment might be mandatory according to the administrator's setting. If you have any questions, you can contact the administrator.

Set up quick texts
The approver can also set up a shortcut for their frequently used phrase in approval comments.
- Click Quick Text in the Comments pop-up.

- Click Add, enter the phrase in the input box, and then click Save.

- To add more quick texts, click Edit in the upper-right corner of the Quick Text window, then click Add. Enter the text and then click Save.
- The newest quick text will be the first one on the list.
Manage quick texts
Edit the quick texts: Click Edit in the upper-right corner of the Quick Text window, modify the text, and click Save.
Delete a quick text: Click the Delete icon next to a quick text.

Use quick texts in comments
In the Comments pop-up, click Quick Text and choose the quick text you want. The selected quick text will be populated in the input box, where you can make changes as needed.
