I. Intro
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with Approval management permissions.
Select Contacts in the form or Department in the form when setting up an Approver, CC, or Handler step when you want the requester to select a person responsible for this step of the approval process. The requester will choose the person responsible while filling out the approval form.
Example: Once you have set Contacts in the form as the Approver, if the employee submitting the request selects "Jason Thomas" from their contacts, then the request will be approved by Jason Thomas; if they select "Emily Wilkinson" from their contacts, then it will be approved by Emily Wilkinson.
