Admin | Add frequently used approvals to Workplace

I. Intro

Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with Approval management permissions.
As an administrator, you can directly add frequently used approvals for all employees to see on Lark Workplace so that employees can quickly initiate relevant requests.
For example, you can add the Business Trip Request approval to the Travel tab on Workplace. After adding, employees can initiate business trip requests more conveniently.

II. Steps
  1. Open the Lark Approval Admin and go to the Basic Info page by creating a new approval or editing an existing one.
  1. Turn on Show this approval on Workplace.
  1. In Workplace categories select where you'd like the approval to appear on Workplace. Click the X icon on a selected category to remove it.
  1. After configuring the approval, click Publish.
Note:
  • Only when Who can submit the request is set as All can the approval be displayed on Workplace.
  • When you add multiple workplace categories, the approval will be displayed in multiple tabs.
  • If it is a custom category, the approval will only be displayed under the All tab on Workplace.
