Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with Approval management permissions.
Lark Approval supports easy sharing and forwarding of requests to others. If the approval process involves confidential information, the administrator can set up the approval process so that only users related to the request can receive it. After setting up the approval process, requests made using this form can only be forwarded to the requester, approvers, and cc'ed users.
II. Steps
  1. Go to Lark Approval Admin and visit the More Settings page by editing an existing approval process or by creating a new one.
  1. Select Only users related to this approval can forward it and click Publish in the upper-right corner.

  1. When users attempt to forward the request, they will be notified that it can only be forwarded to relevant users.
III. FAQ
Do existing approval processes have this transfer setting turned on by default?
Considering that most approval processes don't involve confidential information, the existing approval process won't have this transfer setting turned on by default. Administrators can adjust the setting as needed.
