I. Intro
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators and administrators with Approval permissions.
When designing approver steps, administrators can choose whether to allow approvers to transfer or return approval requests and add or remove approvers.
- Transfer: Transfer the current approval request to another person. When the approver is not in a position to process the request, they can transfer it to someone else.
- Add approver: Add other approvers to the request. When the approver is unable to make a decision, they can add other approvers for assistance.
- Remove approver: Remove the newly added approvers from the approval request. If the approver added another approver by mistake, they can remove the new approver they've added.
- Return: Return the process to a previous step for re-approval. When the approver finds something wrong in the previous step, they can return the process to that step.
