Manage logged-in devices

I. Intro
You can view the devices that are logged in to your Lark account. If you see devices that do not belong to you or that are not frequently used, you can log them out to ensure the security of your account.
II. Steps
View logged-in devices
Desktop app
In the Lark desktop app, click your profile photo, and then select Settings > Account and Security > Go to Account Security. Then, in the Device management section, you can view the devices that are logged in to your current account.

Mobile app
In the Lark mobile app, tap your profile photo, and then tap Settings > Account Security Center. Then, in the Device management section, you can view the devices that are logged in to your current account.

Log out devices
Desktop app
To log a device out of the current account, in Account Security Center navigate to the Device management section, and then click Log Out next to the device.

To log a device out of the current account, in Account Security Center navigate to the Device management section, and then tap Log Out next to the device.

III. FAQs
Why can I see a device as logged in when I haven't used it to log in to my account?
Check whether you recognize the device as one that you have lost or that no longer belongs to you.
If so, you can log out the device and change your account password. For more information, see Set or change your password.
If the device is unfamiliar, log out the device immediately and change your account password to protect your account security.
I have logged into multiple accounts simultaneously. Can I see the logged-in devices for multiple accounts in Account Security Center?
No. Your accounts are independent of each other, and you can see only the logged-in devices of the current account in Account Security Center. To view the logged-in devices for other accounts, switch to the corresponding account. For more information, see Switch accounts.
I lost my phone. How do I log out of the Lark account on that device?
You can first log in to your account on the desktop app or using another phone, find the lost phone device in Account Security Center > Device management, and then click Log Out.
