Will chat history and Lark documents be cleared when I clear the cache?
No. Chat records and online documents are all stored in the cloud. After clearing the cache, the locally cached images, videos, and other content will be cleared. Content stored in the cloud will not be cleared.
Will my files be lost after resetting?
All content and data (such as message drafts) that are stored locally on your device will be lost. However, data stored in the cloud, including chat records, files, and documents, will remain intact and can be downloaded as needed.
