Issue
After installing Lark, you can't log in. You can try deleting the LarkInternational data folder to resolve the issue.
Cause and solution
Depending on your operating system, follow the methods below to delete the data folder after backing up the data.
Windows
  1. Close Lark. If you can't close it, you can use Task Manager to end the Lark process. You can open Task Manager by searching for it in the search bar in the lower-left corner of the desktop, or by using the shortcut keys CTRL + Shift + ESC.
  1. Enter %appdata%\LarkInternational\sdk_storage in the search bar at the bottom of your desktop to open the sdk_storage folder.
  1. (Optional) Back up the log folder under the sdk_storage directory for use in subsequent troubleshooting.
  1. Enter %appdata% in the search bar at the bottom of your desktop to open the data directory.
  1. Locate the LarkInternational folder and delete it.

  1. Reopen Lark. If you still cannot log in, go to the Lark official website to download and install Lark again.
  1. (Optional) If you can log in to Lark normally after the above actions, you can send the log folder backed up in Step 3 to Lark Support for further analysis.
