If your organization's firewall forbids UDP and TCP port communication and it is affecting Lark Meetings, try the following:
- Configure an allowlist on the egress firewall. For details, see Configure your organization's intranet firewall domain and allowlist.
- If you use a proxy, configure the following two items:
- Signaling proxy service:
- Configure the service in the Lark. For details, see Configure network proxy mode.
- Media proxy service:
- Configure the media proxy through Lark Admin, as shown in the figure below.
