Configure organization intranet for audio and video meetings

If your organization's firewall forbids UDP and TCP port communication and it is affecting Lark Meetings, try the following:
  1. Configure an allowlist on the egress firewall. For details, see Configure your organization's intranet firewall domain and allowlist.
  1. If you use a proxy, configure the following two items:
  1. Signaling proxy service:
  1. Configure the service in the Lark. For details, see Configure network proxy mode.
  1. Media proxy service:
  1. Configure the media proxy through Lark Admin, as shown in the figure below.
