Configure network proxy mode

Configure network proxy mode

1 min read
I. Intro
If you try to log in to Lark through your organization's intranet, or if you use Lark after you switch from a 4G network to the intranet, login may fail because of intranet restrictions. If this happens, you can use proxy mode on the Lark desktop app to access Lark.
II. Steps
  1. On the login page of the Lark desktop app, click Network Settings in the lower-left corner.
  • Note: If you have already logged into Lark account, you need to first log out.
  1. Select one of the following proxy types and configure the proxy:
  • System Proxy: Select System Proxy, and click Confirm. The current browser proxy settings will be automatically synced to the network settings fields.
  • HTTP Proxy: Select HTTP Proxy and enter the proxy server address, port, username, and password. Then, click Confirm.

If the above steps cannot solve the problem, log in to the Lark official website and click the Headset icon on the right side to contact Support.
