you want another person to organize the meeting or due to resignation or internal transfer, you can transfer your event to another member of the team.
After the transfer, the recipient will become the new organizer of the event and have permission to edit event details.
II. Steps
Transfer a single event
  1. Open Calendar and click an event that you have created.
  1. In the upper-right corner of the calendar card, click the ··· More icon and select Transfer event.

  1. In the Transfer Event dialog, enter the name of the team member and select the new organizer of the event.
  • If you want to stay in the event as a participant, select Keep the original organizer in this event after transfer.

  1. Click Transfer Event.
  • After the transfer, the new organizer of the event will receive a notification of the event transfer, and other event participants will not receive a notification.
Note: If you choose not to keep the original organizer, the original organizer will quit the event, as well as the meeting group and meeting notes associated with the event.
Transfer a series of recurring events
  1. Open Calendar and click a recurring event that you have created. In the upper-right corner of the calendar card, click the ··· More icon and select Transfer event.
  1. Click Confirm. When you transfer a single event that is part of a recurring series, the entire series of events will be transferred.

  1. In the Transfer Event dialog, enter the name of the team member and select the new organizer of the event.
  • If you want to stay in the event as a participant, select Keep the original organizer in this event after transfer.
  1. Click Confirm.
  • After the transfer, the new organizer of the event will receive a notification of the event transfer, and other event participants will not receive a notification.
Note: If you choose not to keep the original organizer, the original organizer will quit the event, as well as the meeting group and meeting notes associated with the event.
Transfer of events in a public Calendar
In the upper-right corner of the public event card, click the ··· More icon, select Transfer Event. After selecting the new organizer and transferring the event, this event will be removed from the original public Calendar and added to the new organizer's Calendar.

Do you have to be the event organizer to transfer an event?
Yes. You can transfer an event only when you are its organizer.
If I have accepted an event transferred from another member, what permissions do I have for this event?
After you have accepted an event transferred from another member, you become the new organizer of this event and have the same permissions as if you were the original organizer, including the permission to modify event details. In addition, you will become the new owner of any meeting groups or meeting minutes associated with the event. If the original organizer reserved a meeting room for the event, the meeting room reservation is also transferred to you.
Can I transfer an event to a contact outside my team?
No. Currently, you can only transfer an event to a member in your team.
Can I transfer a single event in a recurring series?
No. When you transfer an event in a recurring series, the entire series will be transferred.
