I. Intro
Lark can display tasks that you own in the Calendar, so you can conveniently view and edit them.
Note:
- Tasks must have at least one milestone (such as a deadline) set in order to display on the Calendar.
- You can only view and edit tasks in the Calendar. If you need to create a single task or a recurring task, you need to perform actions in the Tasks page. For more information, see Get started with Tasks.
II. Steps
Click Calendar in the navigation bar, select My tasks in the Managing category, and tasks will be displayed in the Calendar interface.

Moving or dragging the task can change the time of the task, for example:
- Moving the task due at 18:30 on January 3 to 18:00 on January 4, the deadline of the task will be updated to 18:00 on January 4.
- If you drag the bottom line of the task (which is displayed half an hour ahead of the end time by default) due at 18:30 down by half an hour, the deadline of the task will be extended accordingly. The system will prompt the task time change, showing it starts at 18:00 and ends at 19:00.
