IV. FAQs
Why can't I see someone's event information on their calendar?
Whether the event displays detailed information depends on the calendar owner's settings of calendar sharing permissions. For more information, see Create and manage personal calendars.
Why are there events in someone else's Calendar, but I can't see them in my Calendar?
  • If you can't see all of a user's events, it means that this user has set the viewing permission of their Calendar. If needed, you can contact the calendar owner and request to be added to their "With whom to share" list on the Calendar Settings page. For more information, see Create and manage personal calendars.
  • If you can't see specific events from the user's calendar, it may be because the event was set to "Free" when it was created. Events with this setting are not displayed on the calendar.
