I. Intro
In Lark, you can use the same phone number or email to log in to multiple accounts. You can also use different phone numbers or emails to log in to different accounts.
Even if the same phone number or email is used to log in to multiple accounts, you can switch between them after logging in to obtain the information, documents, and other resources and permissions that belong to the account you switch to. Each account and its information is independent of other accounts.
II. Steps
To switch to a different account, click its icon at the bottom of the navigation bar. If you have multiple accounts logged in, click the More accounts icon to see all the accounts and select the one you want to switch to.

III. FAQs
Why do I need to switch accounts?
Accounts are like different user profiles that have specific permissions within an organization. In Lark, you can only see information from one account at a time. If you have multiple accounts, you might face the following situations:
  • You've joined a new organization, but you can't find the messages and contacts of an organization you joined previously.
  • You don't have permission to read a specific document.
  • You can't access specific resources or use the permissions of another account.
To access information, documents, and resources associated with a specific account, you need to switch to that account.
What's the maximum number of accounts I can have?
You can have one personal account and an unlimited number of organization accounts under the same phone number or email. However, when 10 accounts (including both personal and organization accounts) are bound to the same phone number or email, you can join a new organization, but you cannot create a new organization.
When I have multiple accounts, can I use the current account to view documents and other resources under my other accounts?
No. You need to switch to the corresponding account for actions.
When I have multiple accounts, can I use the current account to view my unread messages under other accounts?
Refer to the following information:
  • Lark mobile app: You can turn on Receive notifications from other accounts in the Notifications settings. Then you can synchronously receive message notifications from other accounts. For more information, see Receive notifications from other accounts through your mobile device. If you don't turn on this option, you can only see the number of unread messages of other accounts in the navigation bar.
  • Lark desktop app and web version: Receiving notifications from other accounts is not supporterd. You can only see the number of unread messages of other accounts in the navigation bar.
I can't see the account I want to switch to in the navigation bar. How can I switch to it?
You can add the account to the navigation bar to switch to it. For more information, see .
