Topic group is a multi-person communication tool that groups and presents messages by "topic". It brings together people who share the same interests and allows them to exchange ideas around a variety of topics. Group members can not only create topics, but also reply to and subscribe to topics. In various scenarios such as problem feedback, information sharing, interest exchange, and culture promotion, topic groups can play a flexible role in creating an open communication environment and stimulating team members to think innovatively.

When sending an email, you can click the v button next to Send to schedule the time you want the email to be sent.

📧 Easily add recipients by @mention
When writing an email, you can @mention someone in the email body and the system will automatically add this contact as a recipient.

📥 Recall an email within a preset time
You can enable the undo send feature via Settings > Email to set 5s, 10s, or 20s as the preset time frame. After sending, emails can be recalled before the preset time frame.

Meetings
🔤 Participants can listen to translation of single channel
When using the translation feature during meetings, participants can turn off the audio and just listen to the interpreter's language channel they select.
