Lark Admin Console updates

11 min read
The following are feature updates for the Lark Admin Console after February 2020. Since the product is continuously updated, the features you use may differ from the descriptions in this article.
2025.02
Optimized experience of inviting members to join the organization
When inviting members to join the organization, you need to select the email type for the member's login. If you select the Lark business email option, you must manually set a login password for the member or generate a random password and send it to the member so they can log in with the correct credentials.
If the organization has not yet set up the Feishu Lark business email, you can select the work email as the login email and provide the corresponding email address that the member will use for work.
Manage the organization's storage space
As an administrator, you can view the storage space taken up by Feishu Lark Docs, Minutes, Mail, Messager, and other products in the Feishu Lark Admin Console. You can free up space when some features take up too much space to ensure that Feishu works properly.
For more information, see Admin | View and clean up storage space.
