How can I modify the length of an OKR cycle?
OKR administrators or OKR sub-administrators assigned cycle setting permissions must go to the Lark OKR settings page > Cycle Settings and click Details > Edit to open the Edit Cycle Information page.
Note: After changing the duration of the period, the data that was previously valid for the period is retained. You can either invalidate or hide the old periods, or you can leave them pending without processing them. However, you cannot delete that data.
Once the OKR cycle is modified, how can I deal with the historical conflicting cycle?
Even after changing the duration of the period, the administrator can handle overlapping periods (old periods that overlap with the changed period) in a few ways. They can either invalidate or hide the old periods, or they can leave them pending without processing them. However, they cannot delete that data.
Note: Once you hide a cycle, the corresponding OKRs won't be displayed on the page, but the data will still be retained. If you need to retrieve the data, go to the Cycle Settings page and unhide the cycle.
When will the new OKR cycle be displayed?
By default, it is displayed 15 calendar days before the start of a new cycle. The organization's OKR administrator can adjust the Time when new OKR cycle appears during configuration. For more details, see "Configure cycles" in Admin | Set multiple OKR cycles.
What is an annual OKR?
Annual OKRs are OKRs that are set on a yearly cycle. Organizations can use these annual OKRs for their overall annual work planning. The process for filling out annual OKRs is the same as for custom cycle OKRs.
You can enable or disable the annual OKR feature on the Cycle Settings page.
I have adjusted the organizational structure in the Lark Admin Console. Why can't I see the updates in Lark OKR?
Updates to the organizational structure take some time to be synced to Lark OKR. Please wait 10 to 15 minutes after the changes are made and check again.
What should I do if an incorrect direct leader is displayed in Lark OKR?
Organization administrators can go to the Lark Admin Console > Organization > Member and Department to change the direct leaders in the organization.
Why can't some members access Lark OKR?
An administrator must open the Lark Admin Console, go to Workplace > App Management, and confirm whether Lark OKR's App Availability is set to All members.
Why can't I see "Dashboard" in Lark OKR?
Dashboard is only visible to managers (those with direct subordinates). If you are a manager, but you cannot see the Dashboard, it's likely because your organizational structure has not been fully configured by an administrator. Please contact your organization's administrator to configure this in the Lark Admin Console. The administrator must ensure the Direct Manager field is filled in correctly when batching importing member information.
Can I use Lark OKR with a personal account?
Individual users who have not registered an organization or are not part of an organization cannot use Lark OKR.
Can I align my key results with others?
No. You can only align your objectives with others.
Why can't I align my objectives with others?
Confirm whether the colleagues you want to align with have completed their OKRs for the cycle. If they have not, you can't align your objectives with theirs.
Can I score an objective directly?
No. You cannot score your objectives directly. You can only score your key results. The weighted average score of your key results will determine the score of your objectives.
How can I view historical versions of my OKRs?
Click the ··· icon in the upper-right corner of the OKR page and select Version history. Only you and your supervisors in your reporting line as well as administrators can view historical versions.
Under which circumstances will a historical version be generated?
A historical version will be generated after you have modified an OKR and published the modified version.
Note: At most every day, one historical version will be generated. If you have made multiple modifications on the same day, only the last modification will be recorded. Besides, the OKR historical version only includes changes in OKR content, but not OKR order, progress, weight, or score.
How can I check the completion progress of OKRs in my department?
Managers (those with direct subordinates) can view the completion progress of OKRs as well as other OKR data by clicking Dashboard in the upper navigation bar of Lark OKR.
Can I view the OKRs of members in other departments?
Yes. Search for the member's name on the left side of the OKR page to view their OKRs.
How do I send follow-up reminders?
Reminders can be sent from Dashboard.
Method 2: (For administrators only) In Dashboard > Data Details, click Remind in the upper-right corner. Set the reminder type and scope, edit the reminder content, and then send the reminder.
Method 3: (For administrators only) In Dashboard, click one of the core indicators, select the department/team/member that needs to be reminded, and send a reminder.
How do I export data details?
Only administrators can export detailed OKR information. In Dashboard > Data Details, click Export in the upper-right corner.
Is there a length limit for a key result?
Yes, the character limit for a key result is 999. If writing your key result takes you over the 999-character limit, write it in a document and then paste the document link as your key result.
How can the permissions of the cycle review document be modified?
