For FiberHome, this means ever increasing demand for the company’s services in the building the very networks that such high speed internet relies on.
In the face of such demand, the company's main communication platform, Viber, was inadequate to keep up with current needs, especially in light of a COVID-19 lockdown.
In particular, the company needed a way to keep track of field workers, monitor attendance and give management a birds-eye view teams across the country. FiberHome also needed an efficient video conferencing solution that would allow for better communication across teams.
