The Challenge

In the beginning, Eden Farm relied on a variety of siloed tools, each performing a single function.

As the teams continued to grow however, the lack of a more effective all-in-one solution started to create increasing inefficiencies due to app switching, onboarding and general maintenance.

In particular, company management wanted a tool that could integrate key functions such as email, chat, meeting, and documentation. In short, a user-friendly tool that can optimize collaboration without compromising data security.

The Lark Advantage

By switching to Lark, EdenFarm was able to do away with most of their siloed collaboration solutions and integrate key business functions straight onto Lark, which has now become EdenFarm’s default team communication platform.

Lark Base, a powerful new full featured task and project management has also become essential to EdenFarm, allowing the team to keep track of key tasks, assign staff to different projects as well as giving management key oversight into resourcing needs and project performance.

Lark Mail and its integration with Lark Messenger was a particular highlight, letting teams go from an email straight into an actionable chat group with a single click.

Lark also allowed EdenFarm to better collaborate while working remotely, allowing cross functional teams to easily share key documents, stay connected on chat or via video conferencing and more.

The Result
