Carro, Southeast Asia’s largest automotive marketplace for pre-owned cars is one of the hottest companies coming out of the Southeast Asian tech boom. More than a marketplace for automobiles, Carro has expanded to offer vehicle leasing, insurance a thriving social media presence and more. As with any fast-growing company, Carro’s growing team needed better communication and collaboration, especially when working remotely.
The Challenge
Carro had expanded quickly since its founding in 2015 with new operations in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand complimenting robust growth in its home market of Singapore.
The team had been using a variety of siloed single-function tools. The added complexities from running a regional business like Carro meant that these separate applications, with their own ecosystems were unwieldly and inefficient.
