Download and install Lark on your devices

Whether you'll be using Lark on your mobile or desktop devices, or both, go to the Lark official website to download Lark.

If you are joining Lark with your organization, you'll receive a code, text message, or email from your organization's administrator to help you enter Lark.

If you want to explore Lark by yourself, you can sign up for an Individual Space.

How can I contact my organization administrator if I encounter problems when joining an organization?

You can find and contact your organization administrator using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Ask other members of your organization how you can contact the organization administrator.

Method 2: Open the Lark Admin Console. You'll then see the contact for your organization administrator in the user interface.

An administrator invited me to join the organization using my phone number, but I didn't receive the invitation message.

Ask the administrator to go to the Lark Admin Console > Organization Structure > Members and Departments. Here they can find your name, and click Send Reminder to resend the invitation.

If I have already joined a Lark organization or if I already have a personal Lark account, can I join other organizations and switch between them in Lark?

Yes, you can join multiple Lark organizations with the same phone number using the methods described above in this article.

Then, you can add your accounts for the organizations you've joined to your Lark app so that you can switch between them. For more information, see Add an account.

How do I leave or disband an organization I accidentally joined or created?

If you accidentally join an organization, you can leave the organization.

If you accidentally register (create) an organization, you can disband the organization.

I don't need to use Lark as part of an organization right now. Can I sign up for a personal account and if so, can I convert it into an organization account later if needed?

To sign up for a personal account, see Sign up for an account. However, you cannot convert a personal account into an organization account.

What should I do if I cannot log in to my account?

If you cannot log in, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

Incorrect login information:

Check whether the phone number or email address you have entered is correct. If you cannot remember your phone number or email address, contact your administrator to help check your phone number or email address.

Check whether you have entered the correct password. If you cannot remember the password, reset the password, and then log in with your new password.

Not receiving the verification code:

Read our solutions for when you cannot receive a verification code. If you still cannot receive a verification code, you must recover your account before you can log in.

How do I solve situations such as no longer using the login phone number, forgetting my password, or having my account suspended?

If the phone number that was used to register your account is no longer in use or if you have forgotten your password, follow the steps in Recover an account to reset your password or bind a new phone number to your account.

If you are unable to access your account using the instructions in Recover an account, you can submit an account appeal. For more information, see Submit an account appeal.

If your account has been banned, see Remove a ban on your account.

Can I log in to the web version of Lark?

Yes. Go to the Lark official website. Click Log in in the upper-right corner, then enter your email/phone number, or scan the QR code to log in.
