View your history on the desktop app

Version requirements: Lark version 7.11 and above.
Using the History function, you can find the chats, documents, emails and apps you've recently opened through the Lark desktop app.
II. Steps
View history
  • macOS: When using the Lark desktop app, click History on the menu bar. Up to 20 recently opened pages will be displayed.

  • Windows: When using the Lark desktop app, click the History icon in the upper-right corner of the desktop app. Up to 20 recently opened pages will be displayed.

To view all pages you've previously opened, click on View All History at the bottom of the dropdown to go to the History page.

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to see your entire history on the History page:
  • macOS system: ⌘ + Y.
  • Windows system: Ctrl + H.
Delete records
From the History page, you can either delete single records or clear your whole history.
  • Delete a single record: Hover over the record you want to delete, then click the Delete Record icon on the right of the page. Alternatively, right-click on a record then click Delete Record.

  • Clear all history: Click Clear History > Clear.

III. FAQs
Can I use the desktop history function to see the pages I opened on the mobile app?
No, you can only view the pages you opened on the desktop app.
Does the history function show the pages I've opened on every device?
No, you can only view which pages you've previously opened on the device you're currently using.
