Who can perform these steps: Users with edit permission.
You can show document details below the document title to allow users to see key details at a glance. You can choose to show document details including authors, last modified date, time created, viewers, page views, likes, and total comments. Users with view permission will be able to see these details and click the author's profile photo to view their name card.

II. Steps
Hide document details
- Open the document. Hover over the document details and click the Information icon that appears on the left.
- Click the Eye icon next to the detail you want to hide or click Hide Document Details to hide all details.
Note: Hidden details will not be printed when you print the document online.

Show document details
- By default, the author and last modified date will appear as document details below the title when you create a new document.
- Add authors: Hover over the authors and click the Edit icon on the right to search and add more authors.
- Remove authors: Hover over the authors, click the Edit icon on the right, and click the Checkmark icon to the right of the author you want to remove.
- If document details have been hidden, you can add them back by hovering over the document title and clicking Show Document Details that appears at the top. The author and last modified date will be added.
- To show the time created, viewers, page views, likes, and total comments, hover over the document details, and click the Information icon that appears on the left. Click the Closed eye icon next to the details you want to show.
Note: If document details are displayed, they will be printed when you print the document online. Document details will not be printed if you save the document to your device first before printing.
