Day 4: Integration and migration in Lark

Day 4: Integration and migration in Lark

2 min read
As an all-in-one collaboration platform, Lark accommodates many third-party tools that you might have been using. You can find many detailed references in the Lark Help Center. For now, let's start with a brief introduction.
Integrating calendars
Lark supports both one-way and two-way synchronization with Google or Exchange Calendar accounts. Members can enable the one-way sync on their own, while you can further configure two-way sync. For details, see Google Calendar steps and Exchange Calendar steps. Members can also book Zoom meetings on their Lark Calendar, which doesn't require extra help from you.
💡
For more integration possibilities, check out Lark integrations.
If Lark is not the first productivity tool that your organization uses, you must have quite some data and services that you would want to move to Lark.
Migrating emails
Lark provides an email migration tool to help your organization migrate from other business email services. It supports most of the major services, such as Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail, Zoho Mail, and so on.
For details, see Migrate to Lark Mail service.
Migrating documents
Lark has multiple products to get your data assets categorized. For example, you can import and convert Excel or CSV files into Lark Sheets, migrate data from Google Drive to Lark Docs, and migrate Confluence data to Lark Wiki.
Migrating other data
You can also migrate or sync other types of data between Lark and other tools. For example, you can sync directory between Lark and Google Workspace, or import data from Slack to Lark. Some of the integration or migration tools are in beta testing. Please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager to see whether your tool is supported.
