The above is the maximum number of emails sent per day using a public mailbox. To upgrade your Lark Plan or for more information, contact Support or your Customer Success Manager. The Lark Basic plan supports only specific countries and regions.
I. Intro
After your administrator creates a public mailbox and adds you to it, you can switch to it in Lark Mail and use it to send and receive emails.
II. Steps
- Click Email in the navigation bar to open Lark Mail.
- Click the Switch Account icon in the upper-left corner and then select the public mailbox.
After you switch, you can use the public mailbox to send and receive emails.
Note: You also switch to a public mailbox through the mobile app.
