I. Intro
You can log in to multiple accounts in Lark. After logging in, each account will be added to the navigation bar, allowing you to switch between them with ease.
II. Steps
Prerequisite: Ensure you are already logged in to Lark.
  1. Click your profile photo and select Log Into More Accounts.
  • If there are already accounts displayed in the lower-left corner of the navigation bar, click + Log Into More Accounts (or the ··· icon > + Log Into More Accounts).

  1. Follow the steps based on your situation.
  • Log in to accounts that are already bound to your current email address or phone number
  • Accounts associated with your current email address or phone number will be displayed at the top of the page. Click the account and complete the login process by entering the password or verification code.
  • Note: After clicking the account, you might be prompted to re-verify. Click Verify and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Bind a new account to your current email address or phone number
  • You can use your current email address or phone number to join an existing organization, set up a new organization, or use it personally as needed.
  • Set up a new organization: Click Set Up New Organization and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your organization and personal details. For more information, see Create an organization.
  • For personal use: Click Personal Use and provide the required personal details and password.

  • Log in with another email or phone number
  • Click Log in with another email or phone number. You can complete the login process by scanning the QR code, or entering the email address or phone number. For more information, see Log in and log out of your Lark account.

  1. After logging in, the account will be added to the left navigation bar. You can click the organization icon to switch between accounts as needed. For more information, see Switch accounts.
  • Notifications for other accounts will be indicated by a red dot with a number next to the organization icon. To receive notifications from multiple accounts simultaneously, you can turn on Receive notifications from other accounts in the Lark mobile app (this feature is only available on the mobile app). For more information, see Receive notifications from other accounts through your mobile device.
III. FAQs
Why can't I create or bind a new personal account?
Each phone number or email address can only be associated with one personal account. To create or bind a new personal account, open your profile photo, select Log Into More Accounts, then select Log in with another email or phone number. Use a different phone number or email address to proceed.
How many accounts can I create or bind with the same email address or phone number?
You can use the same email or phone number to register or manage multiple Lark accounts. Each time you join or create an organization, a new Lark account is created or bound to that number.
Note: If you’ve registered or bound 10 accounts to the same email or phone number, you’ll only be able to join new organizations—not create new ones or register personal accounts. To create additional accounts, check if any of the existing accounts linked to the email or phone number are no longer needed and can be deleted. When fewer than 10 accounts are linked to the email or phone number, it can be used to create new accounts again.
