Device requirements: These steps must be performed on the mobile app.
You can make a document available offline to access and edit the document when you're not connected to the internet. Edits made while offline are saved as local records, and once you've reconnected to the internet, they will be automatically synced online.
II. Steps
You need to perform the following steps when you're connected to the internet.
- Open the document on the Lark mobile app.
- Tap the ··· icon in the upper-right corner > Make Available Offline.

When you're not connected to the internet and tap a document that was not made available offline, you will get a pop-up. You can tap Make Available Offline in the pop-up and the document will be downloaded when your network is restored. The document will then be accessible even when you're offline.

Note: Some documents that you've created or recently visited, saved to Favorites, or added to Quick Access are cached and available offline. Any edits made while offline still won't sync online until your connection is restored.
