I. Intro
Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators and administrators with Wiki permissions.
In the Lark Admin Console, primary administrators and Wiki administrators can view the overall Wiki usage data, which includes: Wiki activities(number of visitors yesterday, visits yesterday, and pages added yesterday), changes in Wiki growth trends (number of visitors, visits, and pages created), wiki space activities, wiki space page usage, and member contributions.
Wiki space administrators can view the usage data of the wiki space they are in charge of to better manage knowledge within the organization. Click here to learn more.
II. Steps
Open the data report dashboard
- Go to the admin console and click Reports on the left, then click Feature usage > Wiki to go to the Wiki dashboard page.

On this page, you can individually view Wikis, Wiki spaces and Wiki space page data, including visitors, visits, and member contributions.

View Wiki data overview
At the top of the Wiki data overview dashboard, you can see the overall Wiki usage data.
- The number of visitors yesterday, visits yesterday, and new pages created yesterday are shown in the Wiki activity. You can view the overall changes for yesterday's Wiki data.
- Select a time period in the Wiki growing trends to see the Wiki data for it.
- In the Wiki growing trends, click Visitors , Visits or Newly created pages to view their corresponding line charts.

Below the Wiki data overview , you can see Wiki usage , including Wiki space activities , Wiki space page usage and Member contributions .

Data overview page
- Wiki space activities displays all space usage from the past 2 weeks by default.

- You can select Time period of Wiki space name to view the usage for a specific wiki space, and select Visitors and Visits to view visits to it.

Data details page
- Click View details to instantly view detailed data for each wiki space.

- In the upper-left corner of the data details page, click the Cumulative data tab to be redirected to the cumulative data page for each Wiki.
- Click Wiki space administrator info after the Wiki name to instantly view the administrator information for a specific Wiki.
- Click ▲ or ▼ on the right of the statistics field to list the results in ascending or descending order according to the specified field.
- Click Export report on the right to automatically export the recorded data on this page as an Excel file.

- Wiki space page activities displays all space page usage from the past 2 weeks by default.

- Click the Visitors or Visits tab in the upper-left corner to view the visits for this wiki space page.

Data overview page
- Member contribution displays the member contributions for the whole space range from the past 2 weeks by default.

- By selecting Time period , Wiki space name or Search members , you can view the contributions of a specific member.
- You can switch tabs to individually view the data for Pages added , Page visited and Page engagement .

- Click Learn more to instantly view details of the contribution data for each member.
