Admin | Adjust DNS configuration on GoDaddy

I. Intro​

Who can perform these steps: Primary administrators or administrators with Email permissions.​

After your organization purchases a domain on GoDaddy, you can go to the Lark Admin Console to configure the email domain. After the configuration is complete, you can assign business emails to organization members.​

II. Steps​

1. Visit godaddy.com and sign in. Then click My Products in your account.​

2. Find the domain your organization has purchased, then click the ​ icon and select Manage DNS to enter the DNS management page. Then click ADD.​

3. Go to the Lark Admin Console and copy the DNS records for the domain on the Configure domain page.​

4. Return to the GoDaddy DNS management page, paste the copied DNS parameters, and save them to the GoDaddy DNS records. Make sure that all information matches.​

5. After completing the above steps, return to the Lark Admin Console and click Verify Now on the Configure domain page. Once all records pass the verification, the domain configuration is complete. Click Next to set up business email addresses for organization members.​

Note:​

• The DNS configuration may take several minutes to several hours to take effect.​

• If the domain verification fails, please check that all records are correct and try again later.​
