I. Intro
You can recall messages sent within 24 hours. The group chat owner can also recall messages sent by group members and group administrators. Group owners and group administrators can recall messages sent within the group within one year.
Note: This functionality is turned on by default. To learn more, see Admin | Set permissions to recall or edit messages.
II. Steps
Recall a message as the sender
Hover over the message you want to recall and click the ··· More icon to the right. On the toolbar that appears, select Recall.
Note:
- By default, messages sent more than 24 hours ago cannot be recalled.
- You cannot recall the messages you have already deleted.

After you recall a message, [name] recalled a message will be visible to all members.

Recall a member's message as a group owner or group administrator
The group owner or group administrator can hover over the message, click the ··· More icon to the right, then select Recall in the toolbar that appears.
Note:
- Messages sent more than one year ago cannot be recalled by group owners or group administrators.
- The messages deleted by group members are still visible to the group owner and group administrator, so they can still be recalled.
