I. Intro
You can subscribe to members' calendars, meeting room calendars, and public calendars to keep track of relevant events and updates.
II. Steps
Calendars you can subscribe to
  • Members' calendars: Subscribe to the calendars of other members to see when they're available so you can schedule meetings accordingly. This helps save trouble of repeated communication.
  • Meeting room calendars: Subscribe to meeting room calendars to check when a meeting room is available and better plan your meetings.
  • Public calendars: Subscribe to public calendars to see information shared by other members.
Subscribe to calendars
Method 1:In the search box on the sidebar, search and click the calendar name to subscribe. You can check the calendars that you're subscribed to on the left side of the page under Following.

Method 2:
  1. Click + Add Calendar below the search box in the Calendar sidebar.
  1. On the Subscribe to Calendar page, search for the calendar that you want to subscribe to under the categories of Contacts, Rooms, or Public calendars.
  1. Click Subscribe on the right side of the calendar name. You can then see the subscribed calendar on the left side of the page under Following.

Change Calendar color
  1. Under Following on the Calendar sidebar, find the calendar for which you want to change the color, and hover over the calendar.
  1. Click the ··· icon on the right side of the calendar name, click Change Color, and then select a color.
In the Calendar view, the event in this subscribed calendar will be displayed in the selected color.

Unsubscribe from calendars
Under Following on the sidebar, click the x icon next to the calendar name to unsubscribe.

III. FAQs
Why can't I view the details of others' events but can only see their availability after I subscribe to their calendars?
Whether you can view the event details of others' calendars depends on their calendar sharing permission settings. If the calendar owner has chosen to display only the busy and free status, you cannot see the specific event information.
If you want to view the details of others' events, you can contact the calendar owner to share the calendar with you and set your permission as Follower. You will then be able to view the details of their events. For more information, see Share calendars with internal and external members.
