I. Intro
In Lark Forms, you can use the notification function to send reminders to recipients on a schedule or send notifications to users who have not yet filled out the form.
Note: Notifications will only be sent after the form is published.
Use cases:
- Send notifications to recipients to invite them to fill out a form.
- Remind respondents who have been invited but have not yet filled out the form.
- Notify administrators or group members to check new submissions.
II. Steps
Send scheduled notifications
In the Settings pane, turn on Schedule reminder, and set the time, frequency, and recipients.
Frequency can be set to once, daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or every weekday.
If the recipient is a user, the notification will be sent directly to their chat. If the recipient is a group, the notification will be sent to the group.
Note: Up to 20 groups and 200 members can be added as recipients.

Send reminders
In the form editing interface, click Publish in the upper-right corner. You can add users, groups, and departments in the Invite respondents field. Click Remind Them under that field to send a reminder to respondents who've been invited, but have not filled out the survey. By default, the reminder notification will be sent three minutes after you click the button.
Note: If the respondent is a group, reminder notifications will be sent to the group members individually and not the group itself. Reminder notifications cannot be sent to departments.
To notify departments, the number of people in the department cannot exceed 500 and the number of departments to be notified cannot exceed 20. Moreover, only members of the current department, and not members in subordinate departments, will be notified.
If the user who clicks Remind Them and the owner of this form do not belong to the same organization, the notification cannot be sent.

Additionally, 24 hours after inviting respondents, a notification will be sent to the form owner if there are respondents who've not filled out the form. The form owner can then click the button in the notification to send reminders to these respondents. Example:

The reminder notification will be sent three minutes after the form owner clicks the button.
Send a notification after someone submits a questionnaire
In the form editing page, turn on Notify recipients for new responses, and set the person or group to be notified. You can choose internal and external contacts (Users you've added as contacts) as well as internal and external groups to which you belong.
Note: When you select a group as the recipient, the notification will be sent to the group as a whole and not to each member of the group.
