I. Intro

Version requirement: Lark version 7.10 or above.
When you browse documents or webpages, you can find the chat where the document or webpage was previously shared.
You can also forward a document or webpage to a chat if it's never been shared before.
II. Steps
Open a document or webpage in the desktop app, then hover over the chats icon in the upper-right corner.

View existing chats
When you hover over the chats icon, it will display chats where the document or webpage was shared within the past year.
Note: Up to 10 chats can be displayed. Chats are arranged in descending order based on the time of the most recent message sent.

Click a chat to open it on a separate pane on the right side of the desktop app.
Note: When you open a chat, it automatically jumps to the most recent message sent.

Forward to chat
If the document or webpage hasn't been shared in a chat, you can click Forward to Chat to forward the document or webpage to a chat.

After you forward the document or webpage to a chat, the chat will open on the right side of the desktop app.
