I. Intro
A rich text message is a message that can include titles, images, text, and @mentions. You can send rich text messages when you want to add images and other visual elements to a message.
II. Steps
Create a rich text message
Click the Expand icon to the right of the message input box in a chat.

You can now add a title, emojis, @mentions, images, or videos to the expanded input box. Click Send once you've finished writing your message.
Note: You can only bold, italicize, underline, and strikethrough text on the mobile app.

View rich text messages
If a sent or received rich text message is too long, part of it is hidden in the chat. Click More to view the entire message.
