Verihubs’s rapid growth and complexity of operations meant that consolidating as many key business operation needs into a single platform was imperative.

However, its existing collaboration tech stack, mainly consisting of off-the-shelf solutions like Slack was unable to keep up with the demands of the team, mainly in allowing for unlimited messaging history so as to quickly onboard new people into an existing group as well as to allow management to go back and use Lark Messenger as a single source of truth.
