The Challenge
As a boutique Human Resources agency, Gateway Search has to keep ahead of changing trends in the digital economy. The need to be agile, to be able to pivot is far more important than much larger agencies that have the benefit of scale.
In order to handle the myriad processes behind this, Gateway Search had to use a variety of disconnected tools. This led to fragmentation as stakeholders had to be proficient in a wide array of separate tools.
Another big issue was the lack of a centralized system to store, catalogue and access the vast amounts of resumes that the company had on file.
Add to this the lack of a proper attendance management system to manage employees while managers were off visiting clients and it was apparent to senior management that finding an all-on-one collaboration tool that is compatible with existing systems, scalable and simple to use was of the utmost importance.
