Established since 1978, Aesthetics International Academy was formerly known as Yoyogi Hairdressing and Beauty School. AES stands proudly as a pioneer in the beauty industry, with at least 35 years of experience in education. The mission is to provide exclusive and quality services to continually nourish, train, develop and groom quality pool of professional aestheticians.
The Challenge
In the beginning, relied on more basic off-the-shelf collaboration and communication tools such as WhatsApp and this worked while physical classes were in session.
Once the academy had to move to remote learning however, AES needed a much more robust solution that included dedicated video conferencing, document sharing, class organization and more.
Also, with the tight timeline to transition imposed on schools, whatever solution that was employed would have to be simple to manage and run for both students and administrators.
